#Phase3Step2 starts 10/5 for communities not in red on #COVID19 map in last 3 weekly reports, including Chelmsford. Opening or expanding: - indoor performance venues w 50% capacity w max of 250 people. - outdoor venues capacity increase to 50%, also max 250 people. - Arcades, recreation businesses, obstacle courses, roller rinks and laser tag can also open 10/5 with capacity 50%. - Gyms, museums, libraries and driving and flight schools can increase capacity to 50%.
