#henri SAT 11pm UPDATE: ANOTHER slight shift in predicted track to the east. This increases our risk of damaging sustained winds. For the Chelmsford area, no warnings yet but: 🔸 We should start seeing heavy winds late morning Sunday. 🔸 🚨 Central Middlesex County now facing an 80% chance of damaging tropical storm winds (40mph or higher). 🔸 Heavy rain will not be useful given the saturated ground. 🔸 🚨 Combined with the increased wind I'm expecting some big power outages.
