Chelmsford MA: multiple reports of branches down across roads, possible transformer fires, and building alarms getting set off. Latest one is north Rd near Parkhurst for a branch down across the road. Oh, and the traffic signals are partially out at the rotary and the stop signs have blown over so it's mad max out there.
