North Chelmsford: Sometime between 6 and 630 pm this evening, a homeowner on Cottage Row came home to see a person fleeing from their porch. Police responded after a call from the homeowner. Folks: consider getting outdoor motion lights and cameras if you can do so. Always keep your doors and windows locked as well, both on your home and your car.
