The State Police Detective Unit for Middlesex County and @LowellPD are seeking homicide suspect RAFAEL GARCIA-REY, 21. The suspect has ties to the Lowell and Fall River areas. Anyone with info on his whereabouts is urged to call MSP at 617-733-6909 or Lowell PD at 978-674-4501.
