SLICK ROADS ALERT ⛸️⛸️⛸️ : even with the minor accumulation, untreated roads are very slippery right now in the greater Lowell area. Lowell Fire Department had trouble responding to a vehicle fire up a hill and had to take an alternate route. More info: https://ift.tt/ODQqb9C
