Dracut MA: Parker Ave at Beaver brook Bridge. An incident is under investigation involving a male party fishing and displaying what is believed to be a smoke grenade. DPD is urging people to stay away from the area of the Beaver brook bridge while DFD and MSP work to resolve the issue.
