From Groton MA PD: "On July 10, 2024 at 4:22 PM, the Groton Police Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle on Boston Rd. Officers arrived on scene within minutes and attempted to resuscitate the operator of the motorcycle until Groton Fire and EMS arrived and transported the operator to Nashoba Valley Medical Center, where they were pronounced dead from their injuries. The cause of this fatal crash is under investigation by the Groton Police and the Massachusetts State Police. The preliminary investigation shows that the vehicle crossed over the double yellow line, striking the motorcycle. Our thoughts are with the families of all parties involved."
