This combined with areas of drizzle...may allow for areas of black ice to develop and impact the morning commute. The primary area of concern is in far northeast Massachusetts near the New Hampshire border...including the Fitchburg...to Lowell...to Lawrence areas. Please drive with extra caution this morning and roads that appear wet may be icy...especially bridges and overpasses. Take it slow and allow extra time to reach your destination.
