Chelmsford MA: widespread power outage in south chelmsford. Chelmsford Fire off at the substation on Concord Rd to investigate. Also fire units off on Boston Rd investigating tripped smoke alarms and police responding to various burglary alarms, all possibly due to the sudden power outage. More info: https://ift.tt/2wr1YAI
