Chelmsford MA: cpd had a short pursuit of a vehicle with two adults and a child from the mall on chelmsford st to the 495N on ramp where the vehicle finally stopped. The two adults are suspected of being heavily intoxicated and driving with a child in the car. Loss prevention initially reported them drinking in the aisles of kohls before they left the store.
