Miranda Warning System: ⚡ MWS Weather Alert 🔹December 24, 2024 at 07:51AM🔹Special Weather Statement issued December 24 at 7:51AM EST by NWS Boston/Norton MA 🔹A brief band of light snow was moving across southern New England early this morning. This snow should only last 1-2 hours in most locations...but it may coat untreated roadways and result in slippery travel. In addition...patches of black ice have been reported across portions of Rhode Island and southeast MA near the south coast out ahead of the light snow. Drive with extra caution this morning. The brief period of light snow will exit the coast by lunchtime if not earlier.
