Farewell to intrepid Lowell Sun reporter Robert Mills (@robert_mills on the twitter). I remember reading his "police line blog" years ago and being inspired to try to provide the same level of scanner sourcery as this G.O.A.T. We here at MWS wish you godspeed and good luck on your next adventure, which hopefully doesn't involve an intense love of rainbows.
