Remnants of #ida: The flash flooding and wind risks tonight into early tomorrow morning aren't something to mess with. I'd avoid driving much of anywhere late tonight due to the risk of sudden street flooding. Wind risk is lower for us than our friends in NY/CT, but there could be localized severe winds. Also a pretty wide spread risk in southern new england / CT / NY / PA of tornado outbreaks. Rain-wrapped tornados at night aren't.. good. More info: https://ift.tt/2wr1YAI
