UPDATE 4:10PM: CREWS STILL ON SCENE, 495 IN BOTH DIRECTIONS STILL JAMMED UP. UPDATE 4PM: One victim has died from this accident, a 23 year old woman. Awaiting press release from CPD. Chelmsford MA: (past incident @ 2pm) serious MVA 495N near 110, CPD had to shut down both sides of highway, 2 medflights transported multiple victims.
