UPDATE on the rumored Chelmsford school bus accident this morning: I've confirmed that a student sent a photo of a highway school bus accident in Tyngsboro that happened on Feb 23 and claimed it was his bus from this morning. The photo was widely shared on social media blaming CPS admin for not doing a full closure today. I've deleted my original post. More info: https://ift.tt/TdkRcaY
