Update: Trinity EMS off at the scene. No weapons suspected, but driver appears to have prior rocky history with law enforcement in other towns. Multiple CPD cars on scene. Chelmsford MA: Blue Mazda with NY plates involved in a highway incident of some sort, police have the vehicle and driver in the Walmart lot in drum hill, driver refusing to come out of car.
