Miranda Warning System: Tue @ 430pm: Major traffic incident on I-495 around Woburn Street/Exit 92 with both directions shut down. Troopers requested Tewksbury EMS to stage off Exit 92, deployed multiple sets of spike strips across lanes, reported a vehicle in the median/bushes, requested traffic diversion at I-93 and Route 3, asked locals to remove pedestrians from the Woburn Street overpass because they were in the crossfire, and requested Air Wing to scan nearby Woods after hearing movement.
