UPDATE 130PM: dive team now in the water where boat was found. UPDATE 1PM: airwing en route, state police sending their own divers. No fly zone being established with FAA to deter media helicopters. Lowell dive team arriving. Billerica K9 being requested to assist in on shore search. UPDATE: Lowell and state police dive team requested, as well as state police airwing. North Chelmsford MA: possible missing kayaker on Freeman Lake. Sounds like an empty flipped over canoe was found around 12:15pm, someone was seen fishing for hours prior in it by multiple witnesses. CFD rescue boat in the water, police searching nearby grounds. Regional dive team being requested.
